Rugged 65/30 GHz Differential and single-ended probes are stronger than conventional microprobes at lower prices. They are designed for board-level RF, signal integrity, and power integrity testing.
PROBE STATIONS
PacketMicro offers the most flexible benchtop probe stations for probing with microprobes and our rugged probes. A user can easily configure the DIY probe station for probing PCB's in both vertical and horizontal orientations in minutes.
PROBE POSITIONERS
The precision TP250 and flexible FP160 positioners are the key building blocks of the DIY probe stations. They can be used with all PacketMicro fixtures for holding the probes and digital microscopes.
Probes for Manufacturing Testing
Our rugged probes are designed to be used in the manufacturing environment. The 65 GHz, 0.5 mm D-Probe, mounted in a handheld fixture, has proved its accuracy and durability for the manufacturing process complied with Delta-L 4.0 PCB characterization methodology.
R-Probe with its long, strong BeCu tips is ideal for direct probing of hard-to-reach test pads surrounded by components. Microprobes are not suitable for this type of measurements due to their fragility.
